Cancellation

Self-service cancellation is effective at the end of the billing period (Q19). No proration unless a refund policy applies.

Cancel subscription

On a paid plan, cancellation stops recurring Razorpay charges at period end. You keep access until that date, then the account moves to Cancelled with 30-day data retention. Trial accounts do not have a recurring subscription to cancel — upgrade or let the trial expire (Inactive after July 27, 2026).
